Mr. BARKERasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that Evan Morgan, Woodfield Terrace, Coedcae, Nantyglo, Monmouthshire, has been refused unemployment insurance benefit from 27th October, 1922, because he refused to work at Pwllfaron Colliery, Glyn, Neath, under alleged conditions where his lamp became extinguished by gas; and will he have this case specially investigated respecting these allegations, and with a view of payment being made to Morgan if his condition of employment was as stated?
