§ Major TRYONFull publicity has been given to all time limits affecting claimants to pension from my Department. Advertisements and announcements have been published in the Press throughout the country and, in addition, large numbers of leaflets and posters have been widely distributed. In these circumstances I am 3108 not prepared to adopt the suggestion in the last part of the question.
