Mr. TREVELYANasked the Prime Minister whether the Government will approach the other Powers represented at the Washington Limitation of Armaments Conference with a view to joining in friendly representations to the Imperial Government of Japan to withdraw its troops from Russian Saghalien, in accordance with the declaration made by the Japanese Delegates at that Conference?
