HC Deb 14 December 1922 vol 159 c3145
68. Mr. PRINGLE

asked the Prime Minister by what British plenipotentiaries the so-called pact of non-aggression at Genoa was signed; how many States have ratified the pact; and where the authentic copy of the document is deposited?

The PRIME MINISTER

The pact of non aggression was in the form of a general resolution of the Conference, assent being given verbally by the delegates, including the British. There was no signed document and no ratification.
