§ Mr. BALDWINI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave on the 12th instant to my hon. Friend the Member for Holborn (Sir J. Remnant). I presume the large dump near Calais, to which the question refers, is the dump at Audruicq, and that was included in the sale referred to in my reply of the 12th instant.
