§ Commander EYRES-MONSELLNotices calling for the final batches of claims to prize money were issued on the 9th December, and the resultant applications are being dealt with as rapidly as possible. As regards the remainder of the question, I would refer my Noble and gallant Friend to the answer given by the late Chancellor of the Exchequer on the 24th July.
