§ Mr. BALDWINThis publication consists of 493 pages of closely printed letterpress and table matter, and the paper on which it is printed is that generally used for Parliamentary Reports. It was priced according to the current scale for Parliamentary Papers, which represents no more than the cost of printing and publishing.
