Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESSThe accounts of McGrigor's Bank were never submitted to the War Office, but accounts for the receipt and disbursement of the public money entrusted to the firm in their capacity as Army agents for certain corps and Departments were rendered quarterly and were audited at the War Office. The last account, for the June quarter, was received on 8th August.
