§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREApplications for the return of arms to owners resident in the area of the Free State cannot be entertained unless accompanied by a permit from the Free State authorities authorising the owner to have such arms in his possession. All such applications and all applications for the return of arms to owners resident in England should be addressed to the War Office.
