§ Nothing in this Order contained shall prejudice or affect the agreement between the Western Committee, the Commissioners 2557 for executing the office of Lord High Admiral of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and the South Eastern Counties of Scotland Joint Sanatorium Board relative to the supply of water to that sanatorium and the Board shall continue to supply water to that sanatorium upon the terms set out in that agreement.
