DAVISONasked the Prime Minister whether, in any discussion as to reparations at the forthcoming meeting in London between himself and the French, Belgian, and Italian Prime Minsters, he will see that the attention of the Conference is drawn to the vast internal resources of Germany, contribution;? from which would not affect employment in this country, such as timber, wood-pulp, nitrates, sugar, etc., as well as Germany's large transfer of wealth to foreign countries, estimated by Mr. Reginald McKenna at not less than £200,000,000 sterling?
