§ The PRIME MINISTERI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the Attorney-General to the hon. Member for Bodmin (Mr. Foot) on the 30th of last month. Until the Committee which has been appointed to consider the question has reported, it is not possible to say what changes, if any, will be proposed in the system, and whether it will be necessary to discuss the matter in this House. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative.
