§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe observations of the Colonial Governments of Jamaica, Trinidad and the Windward Islands were asked for in regard to the Constitutional reforms proposed in the Report of my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Education. No reply has as yet been received from the Government of Jamaica, but, in the case of Trinidad and the Windward Islands, replies have been received, which are now under consideration, or form the subject of further discussion with the Governors, and in regard to the three Windward Islands are nearing completion.
