Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Ashton-in-Makerfield urban district council, which was presented on the 28th November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Haslemere and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 23rd November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade Under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the county borough of Smethwick, which was presented on the 28th November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the York Town and Blackwater Gas Company, which was presented on the 28th November and published, be approved."—[Viscount Wolmer.]
