Member to refer to the full statement of the grounds for retaining and enforcing the present restrictions which I made in the Debate in Standing Committee E on the Shops (Early Closing) (No. 2) Bill on the 5th August last, which he will find on pages 6 and 7 of the OFFICIAL REPORT of the proceedings.
