Lieut.-Colonel MURRAYasked the First Commissioner of Works whether, as guardian of the amenities of the royal parks, it is his view that the temporary buildings in St. James's Park should be vacated at the earliest possible moment and the buildings removed; and whether he can hold out hopes that the buildings will disappear at an early date?
