Mr. DOYLEasked the Minister of Health if he can state what progress has been made by the committee set up to inquire into the determination of a standard for condensed milk; and if he will take early steps to prevent the importation or manufacture of condensed milk with low standards of fat to the great detriment of the consumer.
§ Dr. ADDISONI understand that the Committee has held a number of meetings and has nearly completed the taking of evidence. The matter will have my careful attention when the report of the Committee is received.
