asked the Secretary for Scotland if he will state what were the convictions for drunkenness in Glasgow during the last period of weeks for which information is available, and the convictions in the same area during the corresponding period of weeks in 1918 and 1919, respectively, showing, if possible, separate figures for men and women?

The number of persons who have been found guilty of, or who have forfeited pledges for, offences involving drunkenness in the area referred to, is as follows:—
