§ Lieut.-Colonel GILMOURAt 12th March, 1920, the latest date for which figures are available, there were 207,396 ex-service men in receipt of out-of-work donation in England, 25,064 in Scotland, 22,884 in Ireland, and 7,318 in Wales. At the same date there were on the registers of the Employment Exchanges 19,374 disabled ex-service men in England, 4,477 in Scotland, 4,026 in Ireland, and 918 in Wales.
