§ 39. Mr. LUNNasked the Minister of Health whether the Government has 400 accepted the recommendations with regard to the Poor Law, which were made by the committee which inquired into this subject in 1917, and when a Bill giving effect to these recommendations will be introduced?
§ Dr. ADDISONAs I have previously stated, the Government have accepted the principle on which the recommendations of the Committee were based, but I am not yet in a position to say when the necessary legislation will be introduced.
