§ Mr. FISHERThe individual mentioned in paragraph 164 of the Report cited in the question is not the Mohammed Ali who is now in England as a member of the Khalifat deputation. The latter was interned during the War for conduct 387 tending to promote the interests of His Majesty's enemies.
