§ Mr. BURDETT-COUTTSBefore the right hon. Gentleman answers this question may I ask if he can see his way to grant this request. As one who is strongly and conscientiously opposed to the policy of the Noble Lord I should like to see this matter discussed by the House.
§ Mr. BONAR LAWThis subject could, I think, best be raised on a Supply day, and my Noble Friend, the Patronage Secretary, is trying to arrange for the discussion in that way. The matter is one which should, I think, be left to a free Vote of the House.
