Mr. CHAMBERLAINA White Paper will be issued immediately and will, I hope, give my hon. and gallant Friend sufficient information on the subject. If the White Paper, when it is in the hands of the hon. Member, as I hope it will be within 48 hours, is not sufficient for his: purpose, perhaps he will communicate with me again.
