HC Deb 22 March 1920 vol 127 cc51-2
Mr. T. P. O'CONNOR

(by Private Notice) asked the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs if he has any more recent information in regard to the threatened massacres of Armenians at Hedjaz and other parts of Cilicia, and has he any information as to whether the French authorities, within whose spheres some of these atrocities are threatened, have taken any action?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

My attention was drawn to this report by my Noble Friend the Member for Hitchin (Lord R. Cecil) late this morning. I have asked for immediate inquiries to be made, and if the hon. Member will put down a Private Notice question to-morrow, I shall hope to be able to give him some information.
