O'CONNOR(by Private Notice) asked the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs if he has any more recent information in regard to the threatened massacres of Armenians at Hedjaz and other parts of Cilicia, and has he any information as to whether the French authorities, within whose spheres some of 52 these atrocities are threatened, have taken any action?
