GREENWOODThe original terms of reference of Lord Milner's Mission have not been modified, but on the 29th December Lord Milner published a statement expressing the wish of the Mission to hear all views, and disclaiming any desire to restrict the area of discussion. Advantage was taken in many quarters of the opportunity thus offered.
