§ 38. Mr. HIGHAMasked the Prime Minister if he is in a position to state when the Select Committee on telephone efficiency and charges will be appointed; and if he can state the names of those who will constitute the Committee and their terms of reference?
§ The PRIME MINISTERA scheme for the revision of telephone rates and charges generally, in the light of present 1522 costs, is being prepared and will, I hope, be shortly completed. As soon as it is ready for presentation a Select Committee will be appointed to consider it.
