Mr. DOYLEasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that the hospitality of certain neutral countries 627 has been and is being grossly abused by ex-monarchs, enemy alien statesmen, and generals using such territories as the centre for plots and conspiracies with the object of checkmating the peace aims of the Supreme Council; and what action he and the other Allied premiers propose to take to put an end to such a state of things?
