§ The PRIME MINISTERThe arrangements for conducting, on behalf of the League of Nations, the enquiry into conditions in Russia will be entirely in the hands of the Council of the League. Until the Council has held a meeting, which it has not yet had time to do, I can give no information on the points raised by the hon. Member.
