HC Deb 30 June 1920 vol 131 c439
51. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the Prime Minister whether peace celebrations or anniversary of peace celebrations will be held this year?

Mr. BONAR LAW

No special decision has been taken for this year, but at the time the celebrations were arranged last year for Armistice Day it was contemplated that they should be continued in the future.

Lieut. - Commander KENWORTHY

Yes, but surely, Mr. Speaker, we are going to celebrate the present reign of peace resulting from the efforts of the right hon. Gentleman and his friends?
