Committee to consider of authorising the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of such salaries, remuneration, and other expenses as may become payable under any Act of the present Session for establishing a Ministry of Mines, and for other purposes connected with the mining industry, and of any sums that may become payable by the Treasury by way of temporary advances in pursuance of such Act (King's Recommendation signified), this day.—[Lord Edmund Talbot.]
