§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of PENSIONS (Major Tryon)Mr. Vokins has failed to substantiate his claim to an alternative pension, as required by Article 3 of the Royal Warrant, and his application has, therefore, after exhaustive and careful inquiry, been refused.
