HC Deb 28 June 1920 vol 131 cc4-5
7. Mr. HURD

asked the President of the Board of Trade when he proposes to introduce legislation based on the Report of the Merchandise Marks Committee?

Sir R. HORNE

The Committee's Report is under consideration, and I am not at present in a position to make any announcement upon it.

Mr. STURROCK

Shall we have an opportunity of discussing the Report in this House?

Sir R. HORNE

I am not perfectly certain as to what my hon. Friend means by discussing the Report, but if there are any measures proposed by the Government arising out of the Report, the House will have an opportunity of discussing them.
