§ 37. Mr. LYNNasked the Prime Minister whether he can now state when the Second Reading of the Irish Education Bill will be taken?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI can add nothing to the answer which I gave on Thursday last to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Woodvale.
§ Mr. LYNNIs the right hon. Gentleman aware of the fact that early in the present year the Government gave a pledge that the Irish Education Bill and the Government of Ireland Bill would proceed step by step?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI have no recollection of any pledge in that form being given as to the Irish Education Bill.
