§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Cecil Harmsworth)A member of the British Military Mission in Poland who left Kieff on the day before the last Polish troops were withdrawn from the city reports that on the day he left, 10th June, neither the waterworks, the cathedral, nor the electric generating stations had been destroyed, and the hon. and gallant Member will no doubt be aware that the Polish Government have officially denied these allegations. The reply to the last part of the question is in the negative.
