Major Sir KEITH FRASERasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the question of altering the hours for supplying alcoholic beverages in clubs on Sundays to 7 p.m. till 10 p.m. instead of from 6 p.m. till 9 p.m. in view of the fact that 6 p.m. summer time is 5 o'clock (tea time) and that the members of the working men's clubs do not as a rule go to their clubs before 8 p.m. during the summer months?
