§ Mr. BONAR LAWFrom the beginning of the occupation of Mesopotamia, Arab notables have largely cooperated both in the civil and judicial administration of the country. In addition to this, numerous Arab advisory bodies, formal and informal, have been constituted, and it is the intention of His Majesty's Government that this policy should be continued to the fullest extent possible.
