§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe situation in Teschen is troubled, owing to the apparently growing local opposition to the solution of the territorial claims of Poland and Czecho-Slovakia by plebiscite. The Ambassadors' Conference 1745 at Paris is actively engaged at this moment in the endeavour to bring about an amicable settlement.
