RICHARDSONasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that, in view of the growing difficulty experienced by sports clubs in all parts of the 1742 country to obtain the necessary ground, the Open Spaces Bill, which would enlarge the powers of local authorities in this matter, is practically a non-contentious measure; and whether, in the interests of physical culture and the social wellbeing of the people, he will grant facilities for the passage of this short Bill this Session?
