Mr. HARMSWORTHThe definite appointment of a British official representative in Albania has had to be deferred in view of the fact that certain unforeseen difficulties have arisen since the reply which I returned to the hon. and gallant Member's question of the 10th of May. The desirability of such an appointment is being borne in mind.
