Mr. HARMSWORTHThe terms of the Draft Treaty of Peace with Turkey provide for the acceptance of Greece of such 1058 stipulations as may be deemed necessary to protect the interests of inhabitants who differ from the Greek majority in race, language and religion, both in the Adrianople region and also in Smyrna and the adjacent territory under Greek administration.
