§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Dr. Addison)I am arranging that an extension of the Louth housing scheme, which has been rendered urgently necessary as a result of the recent disaster, shall be entrusted to the Office of Works. The scheme will be prepared and carried out by the Office of Works, on behalf of and at the expense of the borough council.
