§ Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHYI have the honour to present a petition on behalf of 704 small shopkeepers resident in Hull. A great many of these men are ex-service men, and I believe the House is sympathetic to their claims. They represent a small class of independent business men, and they protest against certain provisions of the Shops (Early Closing) Bill.
