§ Sir J. CRAIGMechanicians are being relieved as opportunities offer in accordance with the order quoted. The present position is:—21 have been relieved; arrangements have already been made for the relief of 10 others; 11 remain to be relieved when opportunity offers, of whom 8 are on foreign service.
