FALLEasked the Secretary of State for India if he has inquired as to the delay in bringing home officers and men wounded in recent fighting and for whom leave had been granted and passages applied for in hospital ships; if he can say if the "Vita," which left India on 1st May and brought two such officers, carried any staff officers and 373 other unwounded officers and men; and if any wounded officers and men in the first-mentioned category were left in India to come home in the very hot weather and to travel in great discomfort and risk to life?
