HC Deb 07 July 1920 vol 131 c1429
74. Colonel ASHLEY

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether a Report is yet available as to the result of the inquiry into the circumstances under which an armed guard was recently disarmed at the King's Inns, Dubliin; and, if so, what is the nature of the Report?

Mr. CHURCHILL

I have ben asked to reply to this question. The General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Ireland reports that, as a result of the inquiry which he has made, two of those concerned are being tried by Court Martial The matter is, therefore, sub-judice.
