§ Mr. SHORTTI have examined the statements in regard to Theodore Schlagentweit submitted to me by the hon. Baronet, but I do not find that they would have affected the decision under which in 1915 Schlagentweit was included in a party of Germans for repatriation in exchange for British officials and other civilians.
