§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of PENSIONS (Major Tryon)This Department commenced the supply of hand-propelled tricycles in March, 1918, and the number supplied up to the 30th June was 1,549. Prior to March, 1918, 272 tricycles had been supplied by the Lord Kitchener National Memorial Fund. I understand that a small number has also been supplied from other charitable sources, but the figures are not available.
