§ Mr. BONAR LAWI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave to my right hon. Friend the Member for the Gorbals Division of Glasgow on the 17th May. The principles of the draft convention limiting the hours of work in industrial undertakings will be embodied in the Hours of Employment Bill, which will be introduced shortly.
