REESasked the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government, so far as and if it is concerned, is in favour of the participation of the Mejliss in the government of Persia; and, if the answer be in the affirmative, whether the Secretary of State will take any opportunity which may offer indicating that such is the case?
