Regulations of the Special Grants Commission, in the case of widows who are still drawing separation allowance pending the issue of pension; and whether he will arrange for continuance of the supplementary separation allowance in such cases for so long as State separation allowance is in issue, in view of the fact that the loss of the supplementary allowance cannot, as in the case of the wife of a serving man, be met by allotment on the part of the man?
